Voftwines is a small family run winery and cellardoor located in Dixons Creek in the heart of the Yarra Valley. Voftwines specialise in unique oaked wines as well as single vineyard selections, Alternate oak trials, yeast trials, premium & super premium wines.  We use Alternative oak from around the globe including France, North America, Russia, Slovakia, Hungary and Germany these oak barrels are unique in style and help demonstrate the influence super premium oak can have on wine aroma, flavour, colour, and maturation.  Check out the rest of the site for more information, hope to see you soon at our Cellardoor & Restaurant.
