All of our prices are quoted in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and include GST.
PRIVACY POLICY
VOFT WINES is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal details you have submitted will be used only to process and fulfill your order and notify you of your order status. Your personal details will not be released to any other parties or used for any other purposes other than notification of news, events and offers by us.
SECURITY POLICY
VOFT WINES wants to ensure that you can purchase your wines with complete confidence online. We have elected to use the widely respected and accessible PAYPAL payments process which uses Secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL) to ensure your online shopping experience is safe, sound and secure at all times. SSL locks all your information passed from you to VOFT WINES in an encrypted envelope. This makes it almost impossible to be intercepted by an unauthorized party, as long as your browser and local network support the use of encrypted data systems.
AGE RESTICTIONS TO PURCHASE :
Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998, it is an offence: To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $6000) For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $500), you must be aged 18 years old to purchase any VOFT WINES Wine. Our liquor licence number: 31922564
REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
It is our Guarantee that all wine deliveries leave VOFT WINES in perfect condition. Please contact us within 7 days should you receive product that is damaged, faulty or corked and we will be in contact to arrange replacement, alternate product or a refund where appropriate at the winery’s discretion. Our transport services are provided by AUSTRALIA POST and goods shipped are covered by their Insurance. Any damages will be claimed back through AUSTRALIA POST and VOFT WINES will replace and resend your wine. VOFT WINES reserves the right to refuse refunds where necessary and will not be responsible for late advice on quality of goods received after 14 days.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
Minimum order accepted is 12 Bottles of Wine (1 dozen) ONLY
Delivery to Melbourne Metro and Victorian Country Areas is Free of Charge
All Interstate Orders incur a $25.00 Freight Fee
Please Note: If you live outside Victoria and do not manually select to add the required Freight charge to your Online Order – this $25.00 fee will then be additionally charged to your Credit Card by a VOFT WINES Representative.
** Please contact VOFT WINES directly for orders less than the minimum dozen bottles or for MIXED CASE orders.
All delivery is via AUSTRALIA POST. All wine orders can be delivered to any nominated address, including Post Office boxes. If the person accepting delivery is out and there are no delivery instructions, Australia Post will leave a card in the post box directing you to collect your order at the local Post Office. Delivery to capital cities is within 5-7 working days. Other areas (including Tasmania and Northern Territory) may take up to 10 working days.
AVAILABILITY
Please be aware that wine is available only while stocks last and may be subject to change. If a particular vintage of our wine is no longer in stock, it will automatically be replaced with the next vintage. In the event that a particular wine has been discontinued and a transaction has already taken place, we will contact you to arrange an alternative order or refund.
